Terms of use
Last updated: 25 October 2026
The service
Helioviz shows your Jira Cloud backlog, read-only, as a sunburst: teams, objectives, epics, stories, dependencies and what to clean up. It runs in your browser, on the site and in Microsoft Teams. Using Helioviz means accepting these terms.
Access
Helioviz is free and needs no sign-up.
Your access to Jira
- You connect with your own Atlassian API token. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for revoking it once you no longer need it.
- Helioviz only sees what Jira shows you with that token. You agree to follow Atlassian's terms and your organisation's rules on the use of its data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to get around Helioviz's protections, not to overload its server function, and not to use it to reach data without authorisation.
What Helioviz promises, and what it does not
- Helioviz never writes to Jira.
- It is provided "as is", without any promise of continuous availability or accuracy. Its indicators (sprint reports, planning conflicts, progress) help you decide: check in Jira before an important decision.
- To the extent the law allows, Trait & Point is not liable for decisions made from Helioviz, nor for interruptions of the service or of Jira.
Ownership
Helioviz, its name and its code belong to Trait & Point, which keeps all rights to them. Jira's data remains yours, or your organisation's.
Third-party services
Helioviz relies on Atlassian (Jira Cloud), Vercel (hosting) and, if you use it, Microsoft Teams. Their own terms apply to their services.
Privacy
What Helioviz does with your data is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may change with Helioviz. The date at the top shows their last update; using Helioviz after a change means accepting the new version.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the place of Trait & Point's registered office, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. Contact: contact@helioviz.dev.
